Delivery time (1) On receipt of an order for the Do It Yourself ISO SmartGuide, the CD will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Delivery is normally within 14 days, but this is subject to the postal service in your country. Once we have despatched your order, you will receive email confirmation from us. (2) On receipt of an order for Online Consultant for ISO SmartGuide, your personal online conultant will send the first module to you by email within 24 hours. Refund/return policy In the event that damage is caused to your CD in transit, please return the CD to us. On receipt of a damaged CD, a new CD will be despatched to you or a refund issued. This policy does not apply to any CD that has been installed on your computer. Refunds will also apply to undeliverable packages (see Undeliverable Packages above). Undeliverable packages policy If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you and check your postal details. You will be offered the opportunity of a full refund or a re-delivery of the package.
